Welcome to RVCA Hats. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the website located at rvca-hats.com, all associated web pages and social media pages (the “Site”), any mobile applications (“App”), and the online services collectively known as the “Services,” as well as the products (“Products”) sold.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTES: BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US SOLELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT OR THROUGH CLASS ACTIONS. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AS DETAILED IN SECTION 19. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

1. Acceptance & Changes
Your use of the Services confirms your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with amended Terms, you must stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility & Use Restrictions
You must be at least 16 years old to use or register for our Services. Users under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority where you live) may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Our Services are for personal, family, or household use only. You may not order Products for resale. Account registration and online purchases may be limited to residents of the United States shipping to U.S. addresses.

3. Privacy & Mobile Communications
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information. We may offer mobile messaging programs (SMS, MMS, etc.). Participation is subject to our separate Mobile Alerts Policy. Telephone communications with us may be monitored and recorded, and you consent to such monitoring.

4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information, use a strong and unique password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

5. User Content
Our Services may allow you to post reviews, photos, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant RVCA Hats a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content. You represent that you own all rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You may not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or contains unsolicited advertising. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any User Content at any time.

6. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include: engaging in any unlawful or fraudulent activity; using the Services to harm or harass others; interfering with the security or operation of the Services; using bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services; and attempting to circumvent any access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (logos, text, graphics, software, etc.) is the property of RVCA Hats or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. The RVCA name and logos are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

8. Purchases & Orders
All orders are offers to purchase Products subject to our acceptance. We may refuse any order. Prices are subject to change. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account. We strive to display accurate product and pricing information but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title to Products and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

10. Returns & Exchanges
